Hello! My name is Adam, I am a registered massage therapist and medical acupuncture provider.
My philosophy is centered around the belief that everyone should be able to move and live without discomfort. To achieve this, I employ a combination of techniques from my diverse practices to provide the most effective treatment possible. By placing a strong emphasis on pain relief, addressing underlying issues, and treating the root cause, I am committed to helping you recover and regain your mobility.
Acupuncturist
Zhilin Zhao (Meredith), is a licensed acupuncturist based in Canada, specializing in holistic healing and pain management. She earned her Master’s degree in China from Capital University of Economics and Business. Since childhood, she read some TCM books, and love them. In 2020, she was in Wuhan, used moxibustion and herbs protect her family and herself, resulting in no infection. So, she decided to study TCM deeply and use it to help more people.
She graduated from TSTCM in Toronto, specializes in treating chronic pain, stress-related disorders, and cosmetic acupunture, using a combination of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and cupping to support her patients’ healing journeys.
Her holistic approach focuses on addressing the root cause of illness, emphasizing preventative care and promoting long-term balance. She is dedicated to tailoring her treatments to meet each patient’s unique needs, helping them achieve optimal wellness. Outside of her practice, Zhilin enjoys meditation, yoga, and spending time in nature, which reflects her deep belief in a balanced lifestyle.
ACUPUNCTURE
Farshad Majidi, known to his patients as “Chad”, brings a unique blend of expertise to the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He holds advanced training in TCM from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a member of TCM Ontario. His background in massage therapy, science, chemistry, and customer service complements his TCM training, allowing him to approach health and wellness with a comprehensive and analytical perspective.
Chad specializes in pain management, utilizing a range of TCM techniques such as acupuncture, cupping, electro-acupuncture, herbal medicine, and tuina (Chinese therapeutic massage). His approach is holistic, aiming not only to alleviate pain but also to address the underlying imbalances that contribute to discomfort. Through personalized treatment plans, he has successfully helped numerous patients find relief and improve their quality of life.
Chad believes in the power of TCM to restore balance and promote natural healing. He combines his scientific background with traditional healing methods to offer treatments that are both effective and grounded in a deep understanding of the body’s processes.

Zahra is a Registered Acupuncturist and has been helping patients with many conditions including stress, anxiety, depression as well as Menopausal and Menstrual issues.
After working within the pharmaceutical industry for many years, Zahra decided to pursue Acupuncture at TSTCM
(Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine)
with the aim of helping people heal naturally without the use of medication.
Her gentle and compassionate nature makes patients feel at ease and is an invaluable part of her treatment.
Chiropractor
Dr. Aaron Teitelbaum is a chiropractor with over 30 years of experience in health sciences and a diverse medical background. After earning his medical degree from Bashkir State Medical University, he practiced general and colorectal surgery for a decade. He later pursued a Master of Science in gastrointestinal pathology at McMaster University and conducted cardiovascular research at Sunnybrook Research Institute. Since 2012, he has been an Assistant Professor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, teaching anatomy, histology, pathology, and lab medicine.
In 2022, Dr. Teitelbaum earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and joined the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. His evidence-based approach combines his medical and chiropractic expertise to deliver effective, holistic patient care. Beyond his professional achievements, he is passionate about the arts, music, travel, and nature and is a proud father and grandfather.
