Short Biography

“I began my massage therapy journey when my parents and loved ones would always ask me to treat their back or neck. The many injuries I got in my youth from playing sports and running around, with all the scrapes and bruises, to broken bones and major car accident gave me an introduction to massage for my leg & foot.I was very quickly intrigued and began volunteering to watch and learn, always asking questions and began falling in love with the process of healing people! That’s when I went back to college and found myself working for the same person who got me on my healing journey. There I began honing my skills surrounded by physiotherapists, chiropractors & personal trainers. Being surrounded by so much knowledge I’d pick everyone’s brains for information all day long, I must have been so annoying haha! Over the years I’d continue my education through books, videos, and research papers trying to understand how to solve every problem that came my way.

Today I like to approach massage from a more holistic approach, finding out what is causing the issues at hand & addressing them rather than working on just the symptoms. Incorporating a thorough interview and assessment, massage therapy session, and take home exercises, along with frequent communication of how you’re feeling throughout the process I can help return you to a place where your body feels and moves the way you want it to!”
